Every Hope House Needs a Good ERT Foundation

Hope House Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides services to adults with developmental disabilities exclusively in their own homes or apartments. The organization remains committed to fostering inclusive communities where all people are valued, respected, and empowered to live full lives – quite similar and aligned to the Elizabeth River Trail Foundation’s belief that the trail has “something for everyone.” Members of their Green Team, a dedicated volunteer program run by Hope House, focus on environmental beautification, park maintenance, and community enhancement projects throughout Norfolk and Hampton Roads. Once a month, the group will partner on trail outings with our Programs Coordinator, Austin, to help assist with trail improvement projects! While the group members are delighted to assist with improving the trail, the ERT Team is honored to improve the wellbeing of our community members.
